Faites deux gros rouleaux, un peu bomb\u00e9s au dessus, les poser sur du papier sulfuris\u00e9, dorer \u00e0 l&rsquo;oeuf battu, cuire au four \u00e0 feu moyen. C&rsquo;est cuit quand le dessus est dor\u00e9. Sorter du four et d\u00e9couper en tranche de 2 cm d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur quand c&rsquo;es encore chaud. Laisser refroidir, se conserve une semaine dans un jolie boite en fer blanc.
