\"\"Pas tr\u00e8s loin de la place de la Diane, ma copine africaine a ouvert son \u00e9picerie, vous connaissez Henriette, c’est une habitu\u00e9e des petits riens, quand on patouille avec elle dans la cuve d’indigo, quand elle vient pour Aiguilles en Luberon, ou quand on se le jeudi apr\u00e8s midi \u00e0 Saint Martin, Henriette avait un stand sur les march\u00e9s de la r\u00e9gion, et l\u00e0 elle ouvre enfin son \u00e9picerie,\u00a0dans les odeurs d\u2019\u00e9pices,\u00a0 on y trouve des vanneries, perles de p\u00e2tes de verre, des sculptures et de tissus merveilleux, indigo, wax, bogolan, batik, qu\u2019elle part chiner d\u2019un continent \u00e0 l\u2019autre, et qu\u2019elle utilise pour ses cr\u00e9ations.<\/p>\n

Vous y trouverez \u00e9galement de quoi cuisiner \u00ab\u00a0atypiquement\u00a0\u00bb, poissons (tilapia, courbine, barracuda, macheron), confitures des Cara\u00efbes, Epices et Th\u00e9s du bout du monde … et bien entendu de Provence. Henriette c’est l’Artisanat et l’Art Culinaire d’ici et d’ailleurs, il y en longtemps que je n’y suis all\u00e9e boire un th\u00e9.<\/div>\n
