Au potager, j’ai laiss\u00e9 fleurir les artichauts, souvenir de mon enfance o\u00f9 mon grand p\u00e8re en laissait toujours fleurir, je ne sais pas pourquoi ? Peut \u00eatre pour qu’ils se ress\u00e8ment ou simplement pour attirer les abeilles, car sans abeille, pas de potager, aucune fleur de courgettes ne sera pollinis\u00e9e. Elles sont si belles.<\/p>\n

Les courgettes arrivent petit \u00e0 petit, les tomates sont bien lentes, les aubergines sont en fleur, le froid a souvent eu raison de leur vaillance.<\/p>\n

Les fraisiers s’\u00e9toffent lentement<\/p>\n

Si tout va bien, on aura de quoi faire la fameuse \u00a0Chichoumeille de ma grand m\u00e8re Fernande. je vous donnerai la recette en temps voulu.<\/p>\n

J’ai d\u00e9couvert avec bonheur que malgr\u00e9 le gel du mois de mai, nous aurons des grenades.<\/p>\n

Les haricots g\u00e9ants prennent d’assaut les vieilles \u00e9chelles, j’ai h\u00e2te de les voir en fleur. Ils sont l\u00e0 \u00e0 titre d\u00e9coratif mais tout \u00e0 fait comestibles.<\/p>\n

Un simple tour au jardin o\u00f9 tout n’est que calme et simplicit\u00e9 et c’est ce qui me va, le calme, la simplicit\u00e9. Qui puis je envier ? Quand j’ai tout ceci est \u00e0 la port\u00e9e de mes mains et chaque jour de l’ann\u00e9e. Je comprends les touristes, oui je finis par les comprendre, comprendre leur besoin de nature, de chaleur et de lumi\u00e8re, leur besoin de s’identifier \u00e0 nous les provencaux, m\u00e9diterran\u00e9ens, (c’est pareil pour les bretons) \u00a0ce besoin de vivre nos vies le temps d’un \u00e9t\u00e9. J’ai enfin compris, et au del\u00e0 de cette compr\u00e9hension qui est toute nouvelle chez moi, une totale r\u00e9v\u00e9lation. Il arrive un sentiment encore plus nouveau \u00e0 leur \u00e9gard, la compassion.<\/p>\n

Peuch\u00e8re … je n’aimerai pas \u00eatre \u00e0 leur place, un peu comme s’ils \u00e9taient tomb\u00e9s de la roulotte \u00a0sans aucune racine. Ce n’est pas une vie, de ne pas avoir de racine, ni de culture r\u00e9gionale propre et de s’accrocher comme des arap\u00e8des \u00e0 celles des autres, mais je les comprends.<\/p>\n

PS \/ Sinon c’est une ann\u00e9e \u00e0 Agapanthes, elles ont toutes fait des boutons, j’ai vraiment h\u00e2te qu’elles soient toutes en fleurs.<\/p>\n
